Pelican Waters Hotel on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across dining, sports bar, gaming lounge and events, delivering warm, authentic hospitality.
You will work hands-on with multi‐department teams, maintain gold-standard venue presentation, and ensure safety and smooth service during busy periods.
A solid hospitality background and current licences are essential.
