This hands-on role ensures changes are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal disruption, focusing on technical ICT infrastructure, apps, and platforms.
You will collaborate with technical teams, service managers, and governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Defence change management and service transition frameworks.
