The Role n
What You’ll Be Doing n
As an Electrodry Technician, you’ll be trained to deliver a wide range of professional home services, including:

- n
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
n
- n
Mattress cleaning
n
- n
Air-conditioner cleaning
n
- n
Wood floor refinishing, floor sanding and other specialist services (once qualified)
n
- n
Delivering outstanding customer service
n
- n
Recommending additional services when appropriate
n
- n
Using and maintaining professional equipment
n
- n
Completing daily paperwork and processing payments
n
Training & Career Development n
No experience is required — full training is provided from day one, with ongoing development in specialist areas such as:

- n
Wood floor refinishing
n
- n
Tile and grout cleaning
n
- n
Mould decontamination
n
n
Electrodry offers genuine long-term career opportunities, with clear pathways to progress from Technician to Trainer and into Territory Operations Management roles.
What We’re Looking For n
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- n
A current Australian manual driver’s licence
n
- n
Solid communication skills
n
- n
Attention to detail
n
- n
A reliable, can-do work ethic
n
n
Backgrounds in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality, or sales are highly regarded — but not essential.
Pay, Perks & Benefits n

- n
Training rate: $34 per hour + commissions & bonuses applicable from your thrid week in the job
n
- n
Qualified Technician rate: $35/$36 per hour + commissions & bonuses
n
- n
Expected earnings once qualified: $1,500–$1,900 per week + super
n

- n
Company vehicle provided for travel to and from work
n
- n
Commission and bonuses paid on work completed, customer satifaction scores and additonal bookings
n
- n
Optional Saturday work available to boost your income
n
