Job Description

MRAEL is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor (Contract) in Scarborough, Australia, to oversee trainees completing their Certificate I in Construction. You will supervise in office activities, coach participants, and ensure safe, productive work practices in line with WHS and SQW requirements.

You'll coordinate daily tasks, maintain safety records, and collaborate with project staff, the RTO, and community partners to align learning with training outcomes.
