Key responsibilities n

- Take client calls and enquiries, and scope service work properly
n
- Book and schedule jobs for service electricians, and keep their run sheet on track
n
- Work out, pick and pack the materials and equipment for every job
n
- Order from wholesalers and chase suppliers when they run late
n
- Receipt deliveries, check them off, and keep workshop stock at the right levels
n
- Look after the front counter for workshop and powdercoating customers
n
- Ensure compliance checks are complete for completed jobs
n

About you nn
- A qualified electrician ready to come off the tools, or already retired and after a role that uses what you know - without the ladders.
n
- Electrical wholesaling or trade counter experience - you know the products, the part numbers, the suppliers
n
- Solid knowledge of electrical products and what a job takes to complete
n
- The organisation to juggle a phone, a counter and a schedule without dropping any of them
n
- Confidence to hold your ground with clients on timing and suppliers on delivery
n
- Good computer skills - we run in house job management software
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Service coordination, dispatch or purchasing experience is a bonus
n
