n Our client, a well known mid to high end premium distinctive global menswear retailer, is seeking 2 x Managers in Training for their busy stores in Melbourne's CBD and Little Collins Street. Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the team
n
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
n
- Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
n
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
n
- Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
n
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
n
- Processing and replenishing stock
n

About you n

- Experienced Assistant Manager OR Store Manager with excellent mentoring and coaching skills with the ability toinspire your team
n
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
n
- You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
n
- You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
n
- Youare passionate about all things fashion with great styling skills
n
