Junior Lawyer / PLT; Legal Support; Some transactional
Winterkorn Legal Group is a reputable and growing boutique commercial and dispute resolution firm based in Southport on the Gold Coast. We offer robust mentorship and guidance.
We are interested in applications from PLT students, recently admitted lawyers and lawyers with overseas legal experience who are developing their Australian qualifications and experience. We will also consider lawyers at the end of their law degrees.
You will ideally have:
robust written and verbal communication skills;
the ability to organise work and manage competing deadlines;
sound judgment about when to act independently and when to seek guidance;
confidence communicating professionally with clients and other parties;
solid Microsoft Office and general technology skills;
a practical,



commercial and solutions-focused approach;
initiative, reliability and a willingness to learn; and
a genuine interest in property, commercial law, wills or estates.
Previous experience in property law, wills and estates, commercial law or legal administration would be an advantage. Familiarity with legal practice-management software would also be helpful, although training can be provided.
