eHealth Queensland is seeking a Senior Technology Officer to provide in office and remote Level 2 ICT support, incident management and request fulfilment for the Hospital and Health Services.
You will work across End User Computing, Servers, Networks and Unified Communications, delivering high quality ICT support while coordinating workloads and mentoring junior staff.
Solid technical knowledge, service delivery mindset and familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes are highly valued.
