Job Description
Betashares is seeking a high-calibre Marketing Director to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for its retail investor business via Betashares Direct.
You will lead growth across Direct and Super, shaping propositions and go-to-market for recent features and services.
You will build and scale a high-performing team, drive acquisition, funnel optimisation and performance insights, and champion AI-enabled marketing across channels to deliver measurable FUM, revenue and customer growth in Australia.
