The Chance
n
We're looking for an experienced Sourdough Baker to take ownership of the venue's bread production.
n
Working independently, you'll manage the entire sourdough process — from maintaining starters and fermentation through to shaping, proving and baking.
n
This role suits someone who understands their craft, can read dough rather than rely on a recipe, and takes pride in consistently producing exceptional bread.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own production while working alongside an accomplished culinary team committed to exceptional standards.

You'll be confident with:

Sourdough production and starter management
n
Fermentation, hydration and temperature control
n
Shaping, proving and baking
n
Managing your own production schedule
n
Working independently to consistently high standards
n
Maintaining exceptional organisation, cleanliness and food safety
n
n
Above all, you're passionate about sourdough and take genuine pride in your craft.
