Job Description
AWAHS is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse (RN) for a full time, 12-month contract based in Albury/Wodonga. This role combines clinical nursing with Aboriginal health, including wound care, health assessments, and chronic disease management, in collaboration with GPs and a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate urgent GP appointments, support health promotion programs, and contribute to culturally secure care for Aboriginal families.
