Structures Supervisor

4 week temporary assignment,

The Opportunity

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and coordinate structural construction works across the project
n - Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site staff
n - Ensure works are completed in line with plans, specifications and project programs
n - Monitor quality, safety and site standards throughout construction
n - Coordinate structural trades and manage day to day site activities
n - Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep the project progressing
n - Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and broader construction tean
n - Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders

About You

n

- Proven experience supervising structural construction works
n - Experience working on multi story residential or commercial projects
n - Robust knowledge of structural construction methodologies and sequencing




n - The ability to confidently manage subcontractors and trades
n - Excellent communication and organisational skills
n - A strong focus on quality, safety and program
n - The ability to hit the ground running in a temp role
n - Relevant construction qualifications and site experience
