We are seeking an experienced Integrated Management System Designer to join our team on a part time basis . This is a strategic consulting position that will see you designing comprehensive management systems that integrate quality, environmental, health and safety, and other compliance frameworks for our diverse client base.

You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations streamline their operations, reduce risk, and achieve regulatory compliance through cohesive system design. This position offers the flexibility of part-time working arrangements, allowing you to balance professional commitment with other priorities.

Key responsibilities /n

Design and develop integrated management systems that combine quality, environmental, health and safety, and other compliance frameworks tailored to client organisational needs

/n

Conduct detailed assessments of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for integration and improvement

/n

Work collaboratively with client stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements, gather information, and ensure system buy-in

/n

Develop documentation, policies, procedures, and work instructions that align with relevant standards and best practices

/n

Create implementation roadmaps and change management strategies to support smooth system deployment

/n

Provide expert advice on standards compliance including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant frameworks

/n





Lead workshops and training sessions to build client capability and understanding of integrated systems

/n

Monitor implementation progress and provide ongoing support to ensure systems effectiveness

/n

Contribute to proposal development and tender responses for consulting opportunities

What we're looking for /n

Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing integrated management systems or quality management systems within a consulting or corporate environment

/n

Strong knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

/n

Demonstrated expertise in change management and organisational development principles

/n

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organisational levels

/n

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions

/n

Experience in process mapping, documentation development, and system design methodologies

/n

Relevant professional qualifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Lead Auditor certification, or equivalent management consulting credentials

/n

Understanding of contemporary management practices and continuous improvement methodologies

/n

Proficiency with management system software and Microsoft Office Suite

/n

Experience working in consulting environments is highly valued
