These are long-term labour hire positions offering stability, meaningful work, and the opportunity to provide frontline customer service support within a government environment.

As a Participant Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering high-quality service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence. This is a customer-focused role requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage a variety of enquiries in a fast-paced workplace.

- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels
/n
- Respond to and resolve enquiries or refer matters to the appropriate team
/n
- Manage participant and stakeholder interactions professionally and efficiently
/n
- Undertake administrative and operational support activities
/n
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and customer requests
/n
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities
/n
- Assist with research, reporting, and project support tasks
/n
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve service outcomes
/n
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous service delivery enhancements
/n
Key Criteria To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /n

- Previous experience in customer service, service delivery, administration, or a similar customer-facing role
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
/n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
/n
- Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive or challenging situations

- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
/n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

What's Required /n

- Ability to attend the office full-time for the initial 12-week training and onboarding period

- Capacity to work onsite in the nominated location
