North Wollongong Hotel in Wollongong is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality staff, and maintain an energetic, secure venue workplace. You will engage with locals, manage daily operations, and help deliver memorable guest experiences across bars, bistro, and events.
