APD Mental Health Support Services in Albury–Wodonga is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join us on a maternity leave contract.
You will manage a diverse caseload, support participants in understanding their NDIS plans, and connect them with suitable services and supports.
The role requires solid communication, plan navigation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the APD team.
