We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join the team at Direct Furniture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for photography, videography and digital marketing to create engaging content and support marketing initiatives across all four store locations.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
n
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing.
n
- Effective use of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), paid advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads), and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
n
- Experience in photography and videography for the creation of marketing content.
n
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Strong copywriting, editing and visual communication skills.
n

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design, plan, write and schedule social media content.
n
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
n
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
n
- Prepare and send email marketing campaigns, including creating content, updating email templates and scheduling campaign sends.
n
- Review email marketing reports and use the results to improve future campaigns.
n
- Monitor and update the company website and identify ways to improve content, usability and online visibility.
n
- Work with suppliers to obtain product information, images, logos and other content required to promote their products.
n
- Update and maintain website product listings,



pricing and product information to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
n
- Capture and edit product images and short-form video content for digital marketing, online listings and promotional materials.
n
- Create and manage product listings on Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree.
n
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
n
- Conduct competitor checks and market research.
n
- Review previous campaign results and website performance to identify opportunities to improve SEO and SEM.
n
- Respond to online customer enquiries received through the company's digital platforms.
n
- Design marketing materials for the company's four stores, including price tags, posters, product specification sheets, assembly instructions, radio advertising content and in-store promotional videos.
n
- Record and edit videos to demonstrate and promote products, including product assembly videos, giveaway content and informative product videos.
n
