EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business based in Melbourne or Canberra. The Technical Specialist supports Case Management teams by giving up-to-date guidance on the SRC Act and assists administration, training and recovery outcomes for employees.

The role is permanent, full-time, with adaptable remote work up to 3 days per week after training, and focuses on coaching Case Managers and ensuring compliant, informed decision making within a fast-paced
