We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales & Estimator to join our Residential Sales Team, specialising in bushfire protection products.

n

The role will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and pricing submissions, managing client enquiries, following up tenders and supporting the Sales Team with business development opportunities.

n

You will work closely with Estimators, Sales and internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role n

You will work closely with Estimators, Sales and internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage internal sales enquiries.
n
- Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and timeframes.
n
- Prepare accurate quotations and pricing submissions.
n
- Follow up quotations and tenders.
n
- Maintain quote and tender databases.
n
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
n
- Support sales and business development opportunities.
n

About You nn
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, estimating or tendering.
n
- Construction industry experience.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n




- High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Robust technical aptitude and ability to understand project requirements.
n
- High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel .
n
- Proactive, confident and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
n

Highly Regarded n

Experience with BCI, EstimateOne, Bid Contender, Aconex, Cordell, Zoho, CRM or NetSuite will be highly regarded.

n

Product-specific training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Must Haves n

n
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (Estimating), Diploma of Building & Construction, or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
n
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience .
n
- Experience in construction and sales .
n
- Strong computer skills.
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
