Job Description

Staff 360 is hiring Harvest & Cotton Machinery Operators for the Rowena/Walgett region in northern NSW. The roles involve operating tractors, harvest equipment, and GPS-guided machinery across mixed cropping properties, with irrigation duties as needed.

Ideal candidates will have broadacre cropping or harvest experience, robust machinery skills, and a willingness to work long hours during peak periods. 3–6 month seasonal roles with accommodation are available.
