Grounds Maintenance Team Members & Leading Hands /n

Ironbark Grounds Maintenance – Toowoomba QLD

Ironbark Grounds Maintenance is looking for Grounds Maintenance Team Members & Leading hands to join a growing local team across commercial and residential grounds maintenance. You'll be working across a real mix of sites – schools, aged care facilities, retail centres, strata and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities /n

/n

- Mowing, edging and maintaining high-quality sites

/n

- Hedging, pruning and detailed garden maintenance

/n

- Weed control and spraying

/n

- Planting, mulching and garden rejuvenation

/n

- Irrigation checks and minor repairs

/n

- Litter collection, keeping sites clean, safe and presentable

/n

- Operating commercial equipment such as mowers, hedgers and blowers

/n

About you /n

/n

- Genuine interest in lawn and garden care

/n

- Experience in mowing, brush cutting or outdoor maintenance (preferred, not essential)

/n





- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

/n

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

/n

- Valid Australian Driver's License

/n

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

/n

- Blue Card and Australian Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

/n

- Very competitive pay based on experience
