PRONTO CONCRETE (a part of Barro Group) is seeking a Concrete Plant Batcher/Shipper whose primary focus will involve batching and allocating concrete in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements and loader/yard duties

Position available at Ipswich (Raceview), Qld

n

Training provided - applicants who have a genuine desire to learn and possess the ability should apply.

The key responsibilities: n

- n

Meet customer requirements by ensuring quality product delivered

n
- n

Accurate batching of orders utilising the Command Batch computer system

n
- n

Allocation of trucks ensuring timely concrete deliveries

n
- n

Undertake batch plant administration including stock control of raw materials

n
- n

General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance; loader operation

n
- n

Follow company systems including working safely

n

The key skills, experience and attributes: nn
- n





Knowledge or experience in computerised batching system is desirable but not essential - training provided

n
- n

An ability to multi task and at times work under pressure

n
- n

Possess an excellent customer service phone manner

n
- n

Current HR driver's licence would be an advantage

n
- n

Possess excellent time management and organisational skills

n
- n

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

n
- n

A proven ability to work within a team environment

n

n

The nature of our work requires you to work as part of a team and you will need to be flexible with how your hours are worked Monday to Saturday as there will be varying start and finish times.
