In your position, your day will consist of: n

- Promoting the Dealerships range of vehicles to potential new vehicle customers.
n
- Maximise sales opportunities from showroom, telephone, online enquiry & referrals.
n
- Managing an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests.
n
- Maintain excellent knowledge of theMazda product.
n
- Providing exceptional customer service.
n
- Liaise with dedicated administrative support & stock control staff.
n
- Ability to profile a customer's needs and requirements, have OUTSTANDING customer service & communication skills.
n

To be successful in this role you will have: nn
- A current & valid driver's licence.
n
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow process.
n
- Computer proficiency in basic office tools (Email, Excel, word etc.)
n
- Skilled, well presented and punctual.
n
- Sales experience and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential to this role. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain their licence in motor sales (on the job training).
