Degnan Group is looking to appoint an experienced Submissions Manager to join the NSW business.

Degnan is an established Australian infrastructure contractor with a robust track record delivering complex projects across the rail, transport and broader infrastructure sectors. With an expanding portfolio of projects and a strong pipeline of opportunities across NSW, the business continues to grow its capability across both project delivery and pre-contracts.

Working closely with the NSW leadership and pre-contracts teams, the Submissions Manager will play a key role in positioning Degnan for future opportunities, taking ownership of high-quality tender submissions and supporting the business through major bids, EOIs and proposals.

The role will include:

- Managing the end-to-end submissions process across tenders, EOIs and proposals
n
- Developing clear, compelling and tailored written submissions
n
- Coordinating input from estimating, delivery, commercial and senior leadership teams
n




- Managing submission programmes, deadlines and compliance requirements
n
- Reviewing and improving bid content, presentations and supporting documentation
n
- Maintaining tender collateral, project experience, CVs and submission libraries
n
- Supporting the wider pre-contracts team across strategic bids and major opportunities
n

About you:

- Previous experience in a Submissions Manager, Bid Manager or similar role
n
- Strong background within construction, civil infrastructure or rail preferred
n
- Excellent written communication and document management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
n
- Strong attention to detail with a commercial understanding of the tender process
n
- Comfortable taking ownership of submissions from initial planning through to final delivery
