Job Description

Re.Group is establishing a current plastics sorting facility in Somersby, NSW, and seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operation from start-up through ramp-up. You will be accountable for safety, people, production, quality and financial performance, building a compliant, high-performing team and embedding company standards.

You will work with project, engineering and operations teams to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient performance and to drive continuous improvement across the site.
