Senior Project Managerto lead the delivery of a $100M+Build-to-Rent (BTR)development inGreen Square.
Joining the project inNovember, you'll be involved from theECI phase, working closely with one of the project owners before leading delivery through construction.

Three towers (10+ storeys)
Early Contractor Involvement through to completion
About You
Senior Project Manager with a Tier 2 head contractor background.
Proven delivery of high-rise residential, Student Accommodation or Build-to-Rent projects.
Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Confident managing consultants, design teams and commercial outcomes.
This role will suit someone looking to lead a flagship residential development with a highly respected contractor that has a solid reputation for delivering complex projects through cooperative ECI delivery.
