Job Description

1st Energy is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to drive growth across Recent South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia. The role involves warm inbound, outbound churn-recovery calls, and end-to-end customer management to secure sales opportunities.

We offer a base salary of $61.5k plus uncapped commission, plus snacks, drinks, and lively after-work events. A hybrid schedule allows remote work up to three days per week after full training.
