Hastings People is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a recent pub opening in Melbourne’s inner north. You will own day-to-day kitchen operations, develop a clean modern Australian menu and recruit a kitchen team, under the guidance of an Executive Chef.
Joining the group in late 2026 to support summer events, you will shape the venue’s food identity and establish systems and procedures ahead of the February 2027 opening, delivering quality, approachable hospitality to the local community.
