Job Description

Pearl Recruitment Group in Sydney is recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator for the Ingleburn branch. The role focuses on managing the workshop and field mechanics to sustain fleet uptime and operational standards.

You will report to the State Manager, coordinate servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance while guiding a team of skilled technicians across heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment.
