Job Description

QT Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for Rooftop, a premium venue with city views. You will lead the floor team, ensure guest satisfaction and drive on-shift revenue in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong guest relations and the ability to manage rosters across evenings and weekends. RSA and VCGLR compliance are essential.
