Melbourne Hospitality People – Essendon VIC is seeking an experienced full time Pizza Chef to own and run the busy pizza section at Essendon Fields, delivering high-volume, menu-driven service with 100% sourdough dough.
You will manage dough production, fermentation and hand-stretching, maintain speed and quality, and work closely with the Head Chef to support restaurant, function and event services.
