Job Description
Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front desk team at * Port Douglas Road, Port Douglas, QLD.
You will supervise the Guest Services team and ensure guest satisfaction through smooth operations.
Experience with OPERA PMS and a proven supervisory background is required.
You will build guest relationships, assist with billing, and drive service standards while fostering a cooperative team.
