Warehouse Operator Trainee - Cert III Supply Chain Operations

Located in French's Forest, MEGT is partnering with International Security Control Solutions to recruit a Warehouse Operator Trainee eager to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment!

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking to kick-start your warehousing career in the security industry? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Warehouse Operator Trainee based in Frenchs Forest, NSW as this is a varied role combining computer-based administration with hands-on warehouse and production duties. You'll receive full training while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations .

About the Role

ISCS is the leading technology solution provider to the Asset Protection, Access Control and Security Industry supporting installation and service operations across Australasia. Duties

- Complete accurate data entry and maintain production records
- Enter raw cards into specialised machines for encoding and printing
- Set up, operate and perform basic troubleshooting on machinery
- Conduct quality-control checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Pick,



pack and dispatch customer orders
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and production area
- Manage multiple tasks across changing daily priorities

What we're looking for

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Good computer literacy and confidence completing data-entry tasks
- Ability to multitask and remain organised
- Punctual, reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new machinery, systems and processes
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks within a warehouse and production environment
- Nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
- Weekly pay and paid study time
- One-on-one mentoring and ongoing support throughout your traineeship
- Structured training combining on-the-job and RTO learning
- Opportunity for ongoing employment upon completion
- Career-development opportunities, including progression into more technical internal positions
- Driver's licence is not essential, as public transport is available nearby
- In office parking is also provided
