Finally, the Duty Manager ensures continual improvement across all areas of operations in the carpark.The Duty Manager performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements.Key duties and responsibilities would include:Lead and manage the team on shift to ensure operational requirements are metEnsure that the right fleet (number and category) is available to meet bookingsEnsure utilisation targets are achieved by managing the maintenance and repair of fleetEnsure clean, secure and well-maintained vehicles and accessories are available for bookingsEnsure additional clean, safe and well-maintained vehicles are available for walk up customersEnsure that ABG’s incident and accident damage procedures are followed.Complete necessary reports as requiredProvide leadership, feedback and coaching to achieve a good morale and teamwork within the car park area.Forecast staff needs according to rental volumes,
