Job Description

Hertz is looking for an Instant Return Representative at our Melbourne store to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of Hertz options. You will greet customers returning vehicles, inspect for damage, process returns, and resolve issues with a friendly, effective approach.

You will join a diverse team across VIC stores, focusing on safety, wellbeing and service excellence. A current AUS driver’s licence is required.
