As the portfolio continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio and play a key role in the ongoing success of the business.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on property management position responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a diverse commercial portfolio. Working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, you will ensure assets are professionally managed, well maintained and operating efficiently.

n

The role offers a high level of autonomy and would suit a proactive property professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage an established portfolio of commercial properties
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinate maintenance works, contractors and property inspections
n




- Manage lease administration including rent reviews, renewals and critical lease dates
n
- Prepare landlord reports, monitor arrears and assist with portfolio performance initiatives
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property management
n
- Strong working knowledge of commercial leases and property management practices
n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
- Experience across office, retail and industrial assets will be highly regarded
n
