Job Description
Smart Landscapes on the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne is seeking an experienced Landscape Team Lead to oversee day-to-day delivery on site.
You will work closely with our Construction Manager to plan works, lead crews, and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.
The role requires hands-on landscape or civil construction experience, ability to read drawings, and solid communication.
You'll progress toward higher responsibilities as the business grows, with explicit milestones
