YMCA Victoria is seeking Lifeguards for the Nathalia Outdoor Pool to provide a safe swimming workplace and engage with pool users. This casual position requires vigilance, valuable communication, and a customer-focused approach in a busy aquatic setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain), CPR and First Aid, and can stay calm under pressure. The role offers an hourly rate up to $* plus Super and versatile rostering.
