Whatyou'llbe responsible for:
Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
Driving sales, customerengagementand local market presence
Leading, coaching and developing your team
Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
Identifyingand executing growth opportunities
About you:
Proven experience in branch management, businessmanagementor senior operational leadership
Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing,



electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
Strong people leader with a customer-first mindset
Commercially astute,confidentand comfortable with autonomy
Motivated by ownership,impactand long-term success
