Carpentaria invites applications for a Therapeutic Youth Worker to provide safe, trauma-informed support to young people aged 12–18. You will help develop resilience, independence and social connections within a multidisciplinary team, in a structured home workplace.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or the ability to obtain), experience in residential/youth services, and flexibility to cover varied shifts including weekends and nights.
