I'm currently recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Melbourne TMT team of a leading top-tier Australian firm.

For lawyers who enjoy technology work but don't want to be confined to one narrow area, this is a particularly interesting opportunity.

What will you work on? n

The practice sits across major transactional, commercial and regulatory matters, including:

n

- Data & AI including governance, regulation, commercialisation and AI-related transactions
n
- Cyber including incident response, investigations and regulatory advice
n
- Major technology and telecommunications projects
n
- Data centres and digital infrastructure
n
- Outsourcing and digital transformation
n
- Technology aspects of M&A;, integrations and corporate carve-outs
n
- Start-up, innovation and media-related matters
n

You'll work with major Australian and international clients across sectors including technology, financial services, infrastructure, healthcare and media.

The opportunity n

The team offers exposure to different Partners and a broad range of matters, giving you the chance to build a robust TMT foundation while gradually developing a specialism around the areas that interest you most.

There is flexibility around level, with the firm interested in speaking with lawyers from Associate through to Senior Associate .

n

Ideally, you'll have experience within a recognised TMT practice, particularly across technology contracting and areas such as privacy, data or cyber.

n

Australian lawyers currently overseas and considering a move back to Melbourne are also encouraged to get in touch.
