Job Description

Dyson Australia is seeking a Returns & Refurbishment Team Leader to oversee daily reverse logistics operations in NSW. You will coach a hands-on team to process, inspect and adjudicate returns, driving quick turnarounds on genuine exchanges and refunds while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will coordinate refurbishment schedules, optimize workflows, and manage stock flows across the ANZ plants and DHL sites, keeping costs under control and quality high.
