Launch Housing is seeking a part-time Case Manager for the Southbank and Bob’s Place teams in Dandenong. You will support clients experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness through tailored case plans and coordinated services.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Case Management, you will work across funded accommodation, private housing or outreach settings. A relevant human services qualification and solid relational skills are essential.
