An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Banking Litigation practice of a leading law firm in Sydney.

n

Working as part of a highly regarded disputes team, you'll advise financial institutions, corporates and other sophisticated clients on a broad range of complex banking and financial services disputes. The role offers exposure to high-value litigation, contentious regulatory matters, contractual disputes and other business-critical mandates, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and take increasing responsibility for matters.

Requirements

n
- 3 years' PQE gained at a leading Australian, UK or international law firm.
n
- Experience advising on banking litigation, financial services disputes, commercial litigation and/or contentious regulatory matters.
n




- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
n
- Experience managing complex matters and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a cooperative, high-performing disputes team.
n
