Key Responsibilities
n

- Help plan and review office services, and establish priorities and service standards for the office
n
- Allocate staff, workspace and equipment across the office
n
- Assign tasks to staff and monitor their performance
n
- Maintain the office's records and financial accounts
n
- Liaise with professionals/managers to coordinate office operations and help resolve issues
n
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in good working order and adequately stocked
n
- Ensure the office complies with occupational health and safety (OH&S;) requirements
n
- Ensure office practices align with relevant legislation, government policies and procedures
n
- Coordinate HR-related personnel functions, including recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, staff training and supervision
n

Experience and requirements
n

- Minimum tertiary qualification in the relevant field.
n
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the relevant field.
n
- Strong experience with office management duties
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
