Estimator – Trade / Rope Access Business n

We are looking for an experienced estimator to join our expanding office team to assist with getting accurate quotes out on time.

The Role n

You’ll be working alongside our current estimator and Sales Manager, helping price and build scopes for a wide range of projects.

n

This isn’t just pushing out quotes.

n

You’ll be involved in understanding how jobs are actually delivered, building scopes properly, and taking ownership of your numbers.

Types of Work You’ll Be Pricing Include n

- Glass Replacement

- Concrete repairs & remediation

- Painting

- Height safety systems

Your Responsibilities Will Include nn
- Reviewing drawings, site photos, and client scopes
n
- Building scopes from scratch where required
n
- Understanding access, sequencing, and methodology
n
- Pricing labour, materials, equipment and risk
n
- Working with operations to validate how jobs will actually be delivered
n
- Assisting with variations and scope changes
n
- Supporting the continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in estimating (construction,



maintenance or similar)
n
- Strong understanding of maintenance and façade rectification processes
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to think practically... not just theoretically
n
- Be reliable and accountable
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
n
- Strive towards always produce high-quality work in an appropriate time frame
n
- Take pride in your work and want to improve
n

Highly Desired nn
- Rope access or height safety knowledge
n
- Experience with Simpro or similar systems
n
- Experience working with builders, body corporates or facility managers
n

This Role Could Also Suit n

A robust rope access technician or tradesperson looking to get off the tools.

n

However, this is not an easy transition. You will need to be highly organised, strong with numbers, confident using systems and spreadsheets, and able to think commercially - not just technically.

Hours: 8:00am- 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)
