Our vibrant aquatic centre is expanding fast, with major growth plans underway as Queensland charges toward the 2032 Olympic Games.

Serving everyone from local families and learn-to-swim toddlers to elite Olympic athletes, our cafe is the heart of the facility.

We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to lead and mentor our front kiosk team and to take the lead in fueling our diverse community with fresh, nutritious food, high-quality coffee, and top-tier service.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader to run daily operations in a rapid-paced environment. You will maintain exceptional standards during peak rushes and help shape our fresh food offerings as our facility grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Train, mentor and lead our front of house kiosk/customer service staff.
- Maintain high food quality standards and assist with healthy menu updates.




- Oversee opening/closing procedures, food prep and stock control.
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Drive fast, friendly service for everyday patrons and high-performance athletes alike.

What We Are Looking For

- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
- Passion for fresh, healthy food and high-volume espresso execution.
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and an energetic, community-minded attitude.
- Availability for a flexible roster, including early mornings and weekends.
