As a Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee residential investment properties, ensuring smooth tenancies and high standards. Key responsibilities include managing landlord-tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, and handling VCAT appearances.
A solid understanding of relevant legislation is essential to provide valuable advice and support to landlords.
