Job Description
/n
This is a diverse, hands-on Finance & Office Manager role within a small, team-oriented team. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates smoothly by managing the finance function and supporting administration and HR needs.
The role is part-time, 20-25 hours per week, based in Kew East, close to public transport, with flexible working arrangements.

Financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and board reporting experience are desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities /n
Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll for the small team
/n
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments
/n
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements
/n
Manage invoicing and respond to account-related enquiries
/n
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
/n
Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial administration
/n
Prepare BAS and other statutory reporting requirements
/n
Support the annual audit process and liaise with external advisers
/n
Contribute to management reporting and financial analysis
/n
Support HR compliance requirements
/n
Coordinate office facilities requirements and liaise with external service providers as required
About you /n
Qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, finance, or equivalent experience in accounts management
/n
Solid bookkeeping and financial administration experience
/n
Proficiency in Xero
/n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
/n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
/n
Professional discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
/n
Desirable: Experience preparing management reports, budgets or financial analysis
/n
Desirable: Experience working in a not-for-profit, membership organisation, association or small business environment
