DONATO RESTAURANT CAFE MOUNT MARTHA in Mount Martha is seeking a Senior Chef Head Chef to join our team. This full-time position runs 7:30am to 2:30pm, with one Friday night service weekly, focusing on Italian dishes, pastas and handmade specials.

You must have at least six years in a senior chef role, be adept at menu planning, daily food preparation, portion and costing control, and lead a positive, cooperative kitchen. Weekend availability is required.
